kanagan.netCounters FAQ
Okanagan.net has three diffrent counter Scripts.
We have a plain text counter, a black and white graphic counter.
Then we have the ultimate customizable counter with lots of options.
You can use all of them any way or as many time as you would like.
The Counters will only work on Okanagan.Net Customer Pages
Text Counter
To use the text counter you need to have the following line were you would like
the counter to show up.The filename must end with .html not .htm

and you will get this
Black & White Counter
To use the Black & white Counter you need to call the program like a Image.
You do that like this
<Img src=/cgi-bin/nph-count?width=4&Link=/faq_misc/counter/index.html>
and you get this
Customizable Image Counter
A Basic way use this Counter
<Img src=/cgi-bin/Count.cgi?df=username_filename></IMG>
This script also has a Time and Date function
<IMG SRC=/cgi-bin/Count.cgi?display=date></IMG>
<IMG SRC=/cgi-bin/Count.cgi?display=Clock>
To use a diffrent Image set add &dd=(Image_set) to the string
<IMG SRC=/cgi-bin/Count.cgi?df=username_filename.html&dd=katt002>
Samples of the Counter and the Image set name can be found by following any of
the links below.
This Counter has many other options and can be used by finding the option you want and seperating one option from another with the & sign as we did when changing the image set
